Dirk, I have the one matching the current database submission and it has "2000 Layout and Design" on the back cover. Your submission would be more appropriate per Contribution Rules.

The scan you show are from the original 9/29/1998 issue.  The current scans are from the more recent re-release dated 11/07/2000.  The issue is that the original release was not widely purchased and the movie at that time was a flop.  It wasn't until HBO aired the movie 10 times a week for three months that it became more popular.  At that time the original had been pulled from the shelves.  The current scans in the database are from the re-release that was more widely received by the purchasing public in November 2000.  Your covers should be the correct ones in the online DB.  The 1998 covers have been subsequently republished in a couple of "2-pack" editions and is now the one you get if you order from some of the online stores.  However, I would recommend to all of those with the re-release version in their libraries that they lock their covers prior to updating the profile in their local db.

LOL - just PM them and politely explain that they have the re-issue cover.
They may not realise it had been out before with a different cover.

If it gets shot down resubmit it. If you put what is going on in your notes the screeners should see it and ignore the couple of no votes.

Just put something like.

Looking at the contribution notes, the image contribution was declined.

Submit it again with cover scans.
The webpage should show you the contribution notes as well as the existing scans beside yours.
If it says accepted, and the scans are the same - just cancel the contribution!
