| Posted: | | | | Don't know what to do! I sign in, okay! I want to contribute, the site wants me to sign in AGAIN. Okay, I do. But after hitting "submit" I should sign in AGAIN. No chance to contribute or do anything else. I see myself active in the upper right corner, but before I could post this I should sign in AGAIN. Sorry, but that sucks! |

| Posted: | | | | I have also have had this problem over the last month. Not all the time only about 3 or 4 times and when I sign in I put in my userID and password and it brings up my user name in the upper right corner than when I click on forums, for example, the sign-in window pops up again and I have to sign in again. |

| Posted: | | | | Just found out that I am actually automatically logged out if I leave the site. Altough I always mark "keep me signed in". So imo seems to be a problem with the site? |

Did you try clearing browser-cache and all Invelos-related cookies and restart browser? | | | Mithi's little XSLT tinkering - the power of XML --- DVD-Profiler Mini-Wiki |

My browser-cache is set automatic to clear whenever I close - including cookies. If I check, there is no data older than today. All before is deleted |

Usually I did with Firefox, but same problem with Google Chrome. Actually I can't enjoy contributing anymore. I am logged in, but as soon as I click on the "Submit"-Button for a contribution, I am back on the sign in site, alltough just before I've seen my name in the upper right corner. |

| Posted: | | | | I would understand the Cookie-Problem if it is always there. But: When I am only in the forums, I am not logged off. Closing invelos, coming back, still logged in. It looks like an auto-logg off as soon as I try to submit a new contribution. I absolutely don't understand and it is frustrating. Sometimes it suddenly works - without any changes of my settings. One more reason why I can't understand. Just for any imaginantion: The first contribution worked! You can see in the upper right corner that I am logged in! But as soon as I click on "Submit" I am back at the log in, no matter how often I log in, I return to the site every time when I click on submit. | | | Last edited: by Magmadrag |

| Posted: | | | | The problem is back! :-( Did a huge load of cintributions during the last days and weeks. Maybe the problem is based by the same reason the site was offline sometimes yesterday and today? I try to contribute the next season of german "Gunsmoke"-Seasons. Parent profile and two children worked without any problem, but trying one of the 4 other children I am off again as soon as I click the "Submit"-button. Sorry if I sound a little bit stressed but spending time for cast & crew of at least 30 Episodes every day and then being blocked by such problems is not my way to enjoy..... |

| Posted: | | | | Well, it's quite difficult to contribute the work of hours when nobody reacts! I could call it disappointing or whatever, but support would be highly appreciated! If you have read the whole post: The same happened half a year ago and suddenly the problems disappeared. But now it doesn't! Is there nobody out there with the technical know how to solve such issues? The last one I tried to contribute today for the at least 20th time made me stop - at least until someone can confirm that those issues don't happen anymore. I got bad days these days, and with the omnipresent silence I feel like contributions aren't interesting anymore or work of us - the community - and especially me are not needed anymore? What happened to invelos? In the past if there were any issues it didn't take long until they were solved. But now? Not even any reaction.... |

| Posted: | | | | Is there some reason you can't enjoy your profiles locally? Why is it so important to contribute them? Enjoy your profiles locally, backup your local database in the event you ever need to restore it and move on. How's that for a reaction? | | | My DVD/Blu-ray Collection |

There are hundreds of profiles I didn't need to do anything for as someone else did the whole work. And for a quite huge collection I am thankful for all their contributions. But: Finally today it worked! Could contribute the rest of Gunsmoke! |
