I will assume that you are not playing a game. Go back and read the instructions. All of them say you must "Set the Default Browser," or if you don't need it "Turn off use HTML in Notes in the DVDP options". DO THOSE THINGS AT THE PROPER TIME AS INDICATED IN THE POSTS BEFORE YOU COME BACK HERE, OTHERWISE YOUR RESULTS ARE NOT VALID.

If that doesn't work, here is a GUARANTEED SOLUTION:

(1) Back up your entire PC, all software
(2) Reformat the hard drive
(3) Reinstall the Operating System
(4) Reinstall all applications
(5) Reinstall DVDP
(6) Set IE as default browser
(7) Reinstall DVDP
(8) Install FF

If that does not work, install Windows 7.
If that does not work, buy a new PC and start all over again.
If that does not work, stop using computers.

Come back in Februrary when you have all that done with your results.

I am using DVDP both IE and FF with no problems on both Windows 7 and XP.

I am sure that nobody reinstall the Windows System, what you mean with reinstall the operating system


Html Code in notizes in options is disabled
with abeld and disabeld, it dont works

With IE 8 and XP I dont have the Problems
I never had the Problems with DVD P since Years, it appears since 2 Days

I uninstall Firefox
I uninstall DVD Profiler
I install DVD Profiler
it works
I install Firefox 8 - id don´t works

Isn´t there no other Solution?
I cant install only for DVD P - the Windows 7

Zuerst habe ich den Firefox 8.0 auf 9.1 upgegradet
Dann habe ich den FF 9.1 geschlossen und im Profilordner Mozilla unter den Dokumenten und Einstellungen udn User, den Unterordner extensions auf aextensions umbenannt, dann habe ich den FF wieder geöffnet und geschlsosen und den aextensions Unterordner auf extensions zurück umbenannt
Dann habe ich FF gelöscht und wieder installiert, wieder deinstalliert und IE geöffnet
dann habe ich DVD P geöffnet und das tempnote problem war da
Dann öffnete ich den IE 8 und ging in Extras - Internetoptionen - Programme - und legte beim Knopf Standard den IE als Standard browser fest
Dann schloss ich den IE und öffnete den DVD P
so jetzt war mal kein Tempnote da
dann installierte ich wieder die 8 er FF Version und schloss sie gleich wieder
ich öffnete den IE 8 und schaute nach ob er eh kein Standardbrowser mehr ist, das ist nämlich wichtig für FF Liebhaber
dann öffnete ich, nachdem ich ja nach dem Deinstallieren des FF den Mozilla Ordner in den Profilen löschte, eben den frishc installierten FF und dann den DVD P und siehe da, kein tempnote mehr.
so habe ich es gemacht. Was letztendlich zum Erfolg führte weiß ich nicht, aber das ist der ganze Vorgang und der paßt 100 %ig.
