For starters I do not think he is that great of an actor and his belief system (the mother ship is coming, psychology is BS) just ruin the rest of it for me. I have to totally agree with you, I cant stand Tom Cruise either. |

The early Seagal movies, "Above The Law", "Hard To Kill", "Marked For Death", "Deadly Revenge" and "Under Siege" are excellent examples of 80's action cinema
Agreed; excellent action films with Seagal showing some excellent 'real' fighting moves... actually even some of his later stuff isn't too bad IMO; good 'beer and popcorn, no brainer' late night movies. What woudn't I have? Really not sure... if I like the sound of a movie I'll get it, I don't ignore whole genres or specific actors. | | | It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong |

That's the way I feel, too. Although I'll do a little more research if a film stars someone who I usually don't like, like Adam Sandler. The only DVD with Sandler that I own is SNL: 25th Anniversary, but I wouldn't automatically rule out any movie starring him. | | | My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users. Gunnar |

I'm glad you enjoyed some of the parody videos on Cruise. I'm glad I didn't sit through a 25+ minute version of the original -- I must have seen a portion of it or just select clips.
