There you can switch to "program control". Look for an entry that says either "DVD Profiler" or "dvdpro.exe". Remove it from the list.
Then try to refresh the list and when ZoneAlarm pops up, say "allow this program access to the internet". | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online

I have time as I am retired You could de-install the program, then (if it still exists), remove the folder "DVD Profiler" in your "My Files" folder. Then you install the program again and try to add a movie - any movie. It should try to download the initial list (about 14 megabytes). I don't think it has anything to do with your online list. BTW: I hope you have enough free space on your hard drive? | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online
