| Posted: | | | | I too would love the LINK to this app. I'm really tired of waiting for Invelos to do Mobile versions for other phone systems. THX a lot! | | | Cogito, Ergo Sum Pioneer Elite PRO PDP-111FD - 2/28/2009 | | | Last edited: by Count Alucard |

| Posted: | | | | I have tried to keep it at the PM level but it seems that it is so complicated that you prefer asking for the link in the forum Here is the info I have sent to the other people interested in the program, I just hope posting that info is not against the forum rules ************************* Well, the file is named MyMovies (to avoid possible copyright issues), password (to prevent problems with antivirus) is "ivan", without commas. The link to download the file is http://www.megaupload.com/?d=96XXD0P4 You have to copy the file MyMoviesViewer.apk to the root SD card folder, then run it with whatever file manager you prefer. Then run DVDP and export your collection to your prefered folder (you can only export the titles field, no other field will be used at this time) and copy MyMoviesUpdater.exe to the same folder. Do not change the DVDP export name!, it has to be Collection.xml, the default name. Execute MyMoviesUpdater.exe, is a very simple, console mode, program. It will prompt you your PC IP, you will use that info later. Then run the My Movies Viewer from your Android phone, click on your Menu key (in my Samsung Galaxy S is on the left bottom corner) and select Server IP option, then enter your PC IP provided by the MyMoviesUpdater app. Finally, select Update. It took me less than a second to upgrade for my >1,100 titles collection. There is another menu option "Enable Links" that allows the program to connect to Invelos webpage for a very short, but helpfull, profile of the movie selected. You can also disable the feature if you do not have a plain data connection or simply do not need to connect to Invelos for film profiles. Any feedback about our use of English, suggestions about the program or any bug you might find would be really wellcome! <-- But by PM!! Best Regards, |

| Posted: | | | | Hi Larsgj! That problem you mentioned with tablets was also reported for another forum member. I checked the situation with my friend and he sent me a couple of screenshotsof the program look in a tablet (using the SDK simulator), can you confirm if the real view is as follows? (sorry for sending again screenshots of an unofficial app). Vertical: Landscape: If it is displayed so, we discussed about and it did not seemed so bad (just quite BIG) But, of course and unfortunately, neither of us have a tablet to check the real feeling. Best regards |

| Posted: | | | | By the way, anyone at the forum has the slightest idea of an estimated delivery date for the official app? After all, if finally the world ends on 22th december 2012 (as the Mayas said) it will let a short time to Ken to get revenue of all the hard work he surely has had on the Android version all these past years Best regards |

| Posted: | | | | On my tablet this looks just like the first (vertical) image above, in a window that fills a small portion of the screen. Not particularly big, but of course under-using the capabilities of a tablet. | | | Hans |

| Posted: | | | | No, the picture is suppoused to be the whole screen of a tablet, but if I understand you correctly the app is running on a windows, not the complete screen Please, confirm that point. My friend is not really willing to continue supporting the program beyond solving any bug that could appear and what you say seems to be a bug, we were convinced that the app should run in a complete screen, as it does in an smartphone. Best regards P.D.: A picture of the program running in a tablet would be or real help. | | | Last edited: by Falquian |

| Posted: | | | | Well, do not worry, just knowing that the program is not working as expected is enough. We (my friend, actually) will find out how to test the problem and search for a solution.
Thank you very much for the info.
Best regards |

| Posted: | | | | It's quite sad to see this thread is more than 3 years old, and still no android version ... updates for the desktop version are also not very present this year, overall i'm getting quite disappointed in this program/it's developers ...
How hard can it be to give a conclusive answer on the android version, or just get some covers te create one if you lack the skills, knowledge or time to do so yourself. |
