Maybe a little bit early at the moment, people over there are starting to wake up I guess (there is US, here is Europe).

Don't think they would have an objection over "DVD Profiler" 'cause Ken could sue!

Nope. Not necessarily. It would be nice to think that having told us it would be released that he would update us, with just a simple one line, if the release date was going to be missed. One last thing. While Ken certainly is lacking in the communications department, I can say that he always delivers an awesome product! So if it slips a week or more, that's ok.
