Is it just me, or are you having trouble figuring out what the answer is, that was supposedly just given?

Well as far as I can tell the answer is "I have no answer so I'll just throw a tantrum instead and pretend that it's an answer"

"You ask an excellent question ...[but you] are not interested in any kind of guidance". Now, how can anyone be interested in guidance that is not given?

Just how Skip's logic transforms "It's a judgment call - screeners finally decide" into "anything goes" is one of life's little mysteries.

It is - unfortunately - exactly the kind of non-answer that one would expect.

Another non-answer doesn't really make it better...
But hey, laugh it off if it makes you feel better. And keep telling yourself that the rest of the community is laughing with you, not at you!

You have it wrong, I am laughing AT the Community, not with them. You have absolutely no idea.

You (as a group) continue to prove many things to me, there are many exceptions...thank God.

This thread works well as a comedic piece. As a serious discussion of a problem it seriouisly failed. Epicly.

Well said Achim, it has had me laughing several times.

And my opinion to the thread starters question, if you have maintained the will to live!!, is that I agree with you, the top element of that back cover is part of the overview.

It had me laughing from Tim's very first post. The most amusing are the brown shirts who are here.

There is only one reason that is the case. Invelos should do something about that.

I am lost what you mean?
By brown shirts, did you mean the commonly known in Europe brown shirts which were Nazi Sa (Sturmabteilung), in which case I can't believe any sane person would find that amusing??
I think maybe there is another meaning in USA for brown shirts, which you were alluding to?

Think about it, Gunnar. SERIOUSLY. There are some here who  have a problem with people expressing an opinion even when it does not offend anyone in particular and that BEHAVIOR  is offensive and abusive, and those people are the brown shirts., I know who they are and it is simply being practicedhere as a form of dictatorship by a select few, oh ten or so, users. Are you one, Gunnar? You know the answer to that better than I.

It's what you think it means Rich. Skip played the Nazi card and thus once again we get proof that Godwin's Law is correct.

Skip, I know you mean well and have the best intentions for Profiler.  But you seem to think everyone is against you and deliberately trying to undermine Profiler.

If truth be told, the only contributor to these forums who acts in a dictatorial manner consistantly is you. You continue to accuse people of not knowing what they are talking about and that you, as original developer of the rules, are the only one whose answer is always correct. If you don't see those as the actions of a dictator, you clearly do not understand the meaning of the word.

It is highly amusing to read your call everyone else is a dictator when that is precisely the way you treat users of the program who dare to question your statements.

Brown Shirts
In 1921 Adolf Hitler formed his own private army called Sturm Abteilung (Storm Section). The SA (also known as stormtroopers or brownshirts) were instructed to disrupt the meetings of political opponents and to protect Hitler from revenge attacks. Hitler's stormtroopers were often former members of the Freikorps (right-wing private armies who flourished during the period that followed the First World War) and had considerable experience in using violence against their rivals.
The SA wore grey jackets, brown shirts (khaki shirts originally intended for soldiers in Africa but purchased in bulk from the German Army by the Nazi Party), swastika armbands, ski-caps, knee-breeches, thick woolen socks and combat boots. Accompanied by bands of musicians and carrying swastika flags, they would parade through the streets of Munich. At the end of the march Hitler would make one of his passionate speeches that encouraged his supporters to carry out acts of violence against Jews and his left-wing political opponents.

Skip, I have to assume you have just made a bad analogy. You cannot seriously be comparing any users here with Nazi racists and murderers?
