There are so many things wrong with this statement (legally and morally) that I don't know where to start, and won't bother.

Most all forums on the net have a content policy that says that anything you choose to post becomes part of the site owner's right to publish it. While you don't necessarily relinquish your copyright, you DO relinquish your right to say whether or not the site you posted to has the right to publish it.

Imagine if an author or director had the power to make a publisher stop being able to publish something they wrote or directed because an employee of the publisher said something they didn't like.

"right to publish it" - note that this includes displaying it on the website you're reading now.

Copyright terms on every single message board says that they can delete, edit, reproduce and do whatever the f they want because that is the text that takes the rock over their shoulders. That does not however say anything about the sites policy in reality or morally about dealing with any specific situations.

I for one will rather listen to Ken, then read the sites EULA to know how things are done here. It might not be legally applicable, but i'm not dealing with lawyers. I'm using a website.
