Hello

I bought a new laptop and install my DVD Profiler on it
I desinstalled DVD Profiler on my old laptop

Since, I have always the same message when I open DVD Profiler

DVD Profiler is already running
If DVD profiler does not appear in your task bar check for other logged in users

DVD Profiler appear on my task bar, and when I clic on OK DVD Profiler is opened correctly with all my database

How to solve my problem and make my message off

It seems you have DVD Profiler starting up when your PC boots up. The task bar brings up the one already running. The icon on your desktop is trying to start it again, which is not needed.

The solution is easy:

- If you see Profiler on the task bar, then it is already running, use that one
- If not, start it with the desktop icon
