I have a copy of The Three Musketeers bought quite some time ago, however i recently bough a copy of Dead Poet's Society which has exactly the SAME EAN. therefore when i try chnage the locality for DPS to South Africa it complains about the conflict with TTM.
Checking the discs they are both originals bought in SA and both have the neccesary distributor info on them (Nu Metro), they are definately both from South Africa |

You've got 2 "solutions" to chose from
1) add one per EAN, one per Disc-ID 2) add both per EAN but change the locality of one of them | | | - Jan | | | Last edited: by hydr0x |

I used the Ean for the original and the disc id for the other and this worked. I also noticed on a few covers that sometimes the EAN is on sticker with another EAN underneath - specifically on titles released by Nu Metro. Try using the number beneath the sticker. Then again, I haven't yet updated my Three Musketeers, which is a locally bought copy, so I may have the same problem. BTW, welcome to the new version! Where are you from? | | | <---------Mithrandir, Laverne and Shirley Caroline |

Examples are Presence of Mind and Nightmaster (UK), or Gregorian - Masters of Chant (NL), vs. 1 and 2 (at least the latter are from the same source, not that that is an excuse).
If you own only one, you can change the UPC and keep a local protected copy, but you loose out on sharing information. If you own both, I would suggest to use the Disc-ID, assuming they are different. | | | Hans |
