Press the "Reply with quote" button and your in edit node, scroll down and press a quote button to add that post into the reply, preferably underneath the first quoted message Doesn't 'cut and paste' (Ctrl-C and Ctrl-Y) accomplish the same thing? | | | John

Xyrano: John provided an answer for you, quite frankly I don't understand what you were asking, so i think your attitude was unnecessary in your response. Skip | | | ASSUME NOTHING!!!!!! | Posted: | | | | I think what Xyrano meant was that if you press the quote button you get a "ready-made" quote with tags and all. But if you want another quote in the same post you have to cut-and-paste and add the tags yourself. Pressing another Quote button while in edit mode should add another quote to the same message, rather than starting a new message.
So, while you can of course accomplish this with cut-and-paste, it would be easier if it worked as suggested. | | | My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users. Gunnar |

| Posted: | | | | A couple of forums that I frequent have a feature like this. Each post has a check box that is labeled multi-quote or something like that, and at the bottom next to the reply button is another button labeled multi-quote that will insert each of the checked quotes into the edit window, formatted like a single quote is done now here. Useful feature. | | | Kevin |
