sync to mobile

When trying to transfer from pc to mobile, a message comes up telling me to download the latest version of dvd profiler mobile (this was downloaded today) anybody help me out.
I have full version of  dvdprofiler and the trial version of mobile, downloaded the trial version onto mobile no problem, I have the opening screen, when tapped on owned it tells me to sync with pc, I try this and it tells me i need the latest dvdprofiler mobile, which i have. Any idea's?

Not much info in your post to go on, i.e., What version of Desktop DVD Profiler and version of DVD Profiler Mobile are you using. Is MS Activesync installed? Do you have .NET Framework 2.0 installed?

DvD Profiler "Beta Version 3.5.0 Build 1195" also "Version 3.1.1 Build 1171"

DVD Profiler Mobile "Version 1.1.0 Build 122"

MS Activesync is installed and .NET Framework 2.0 is on the mobile.

You're not trying to sync the Mobile with the Beta Desktop version by mistake are you?

Yes, that was it, I tried it with the regular DVDprofiler and it worked fine.
As you can see i've now paid for the full version of mobile and everything is working great.
