The next thing you should do after reading this is to make a backup of your database and put the file on a CD or thumbdrive - someplace other than the computer you are using. Then you don't need to worry about having to re-enter the data.

Well, first off, you won't have to pay again. You can get your registration details from the link at the top of the page, so if you have to re-install and the program is asking for the registration key, you can visit here to get it.

As for your display problem I'm not sure what might be happening. You might try removing the Rambo set from your pending list and see if you can add the rest of them. If that works, back up your collection. Then try adding the Rambo set again.

I don't recall seeing anyone post up this problem before, but there have been other weird display issues. Someone else who has had this problem might see this and chime in.

That happened to me as well when I accepted the child profiles for Buffy the Vampire Slayer: The Chosen Collection. The list was so long that it extended off the screen and there was no way to make the bottom buttons appear. I just crossed my fingers and hit Enter...as that's the default for Yes or OK. It worked...child profiles began to download.

Today I added the very same box with the very same problem. I pressed "N" and it did what I wanted.

It's probably too late now,but I guess you didn't realise that anyone who had already paid for version 2 were able to upgrade to 3 for free by converting their existing key?

The list consisted of the child profiles for all 40 discs in the set. The window is fixed, meaning it can't be resized and there is no scrollbar. So, if the list is so long that if fills your screen vertically, there is no way to get at the buttons at the bottom of the window. Sucks for us that have 19" LCDs where the max resolution is 1280x1024 .

To get to the buttons you just press TAB once, and then enter. This should close the window without using Task Manager.
