| Posted: | | | | Entered rambo box set and confirmed the add child profiles. Entered alot more titles (i had to re-enter all previous titles from the last year i had to reformat computer) and my power went out. I restarted my computer and all the titles are still pending, which is good, except when i go to add to collection the pop up window for the rambo add child profiles is so big it extends completely off the screen. yes i am running in 1020x768 and normal font. how do i get this fixed without losing everything i have entered again? if i have to reenter all this i am going to be pi$$ed off and probably will not pay for this program again. i have already bought 2 versions of this. please help |

Then you don't need to worry about having to re-enter the data. I have no experience in the real issue you are having - just wanted to pass on that advice. Good luck. | | | Thanks for your support. | Posted: | | | | Well, first off, you won't have to pay again. You can get your registration details from the link at the top of the page, so if you have to re-install and the program is asking for the registration key, you can visit here to get it.
As for your display problem I'm not sure what might be happening. You might try removing the Rambo set from your pending list and see if you can add the rest of them. If that works, back up your collection. Then try adding the Rambo set again.
I don't recall seeing anyone post up this problem before, but there have been other weird display issues. Someone else who has had this problem might see this and chime in.
Good luck, and welcome to the forums. | | | Kevin |

The list was so long that it extended off the screen and there was no way to make the bottom buttons appear. I just crossed my fingers and hit Enter...as that's the default for Yes or OK. It worked...child profiles began to download. | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |

| Posted: | | | | What did the list contain to make it so long? Might be useful info for Ken's de-bugging. |

The list consisted of the child profiles for all 40 discs in the set. The window is fixed, meaning it can't be resized and there is no scrollbar. So, if the list is so long that if fills your screen vertically, there is no way to get at the buttons at the bottom of the window. Sucks for us that have 19" LCDs where the max resolution is 1280x1024 . | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |

| Posted: | | | | It's probably too late now,but I guess you didn't realise that anyone who had already paid for version 2 were able to upgrade to 3 for free by converting their existing key? |
