| Posted: | | | | Hello hello After seeing the wallpaper of a friend (made with cd covers), I got the idea to do a dvd wallpaper (understand a wallpaper with the covers of all my dvds on it - really small i suppose but hey, maybe i'll stop buying dvds every week if i don't have any room left on my wallpaper ) So I was wondering if someone already did something like that, if so, how they did it, and if not, where can I find in my computer all the .gif or .jpg files that are on dvdpro ? And is there an easy way to put them all on the same photoshop page ? Thanks |

| Posted: | | | | Nice idea. If I were to make one, I would select only a handful of my favourite covers and make it tile seamlessly on the wall - instead of using as many different covers that I could fit on the walls. Slightly OT: When I was kid I placed about twenty LP-albums on the wall of my room, by hitting two nails on the wall for each LP. The LPs were resting on those nails and leaning on the wall, in a grid formation. My dad wasn't very pleased when he came from work to find out that I had hit 40-50 nails through wallpaper... Edit after reading Karsten's reply: If you were talking about desktop wallpaper (as I now suspect), never mind above | | | Mika I hate people who love me, and they hate me. | Posted: | | | | to answer your question, in your my documents folder you should see a dvd profiler folder. In there is the image files. I believe it is DVD Profiler\Database\Images

| Posted: | | | | Do you mean a Windows desktop wallpaper or an actual wall wallpaper? If the former, you can create something like this with phpDVDProfiler. For example. | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online

| Posted: | | | | Personally, I use a single cover (the whole wraparound) as wallpaper. I have wallpaper changing software, which allows me to choose a category and then change the wallpaper at random within that category. DVD covers is one of the categories, of course. |
