I can't import my collection into DVDProfile from the online database. This is the error message: DBISAM Engine Error # 9729 Duplicate key found in the index 'BY_FULL_NAME' of the table 'Actors'.
I read FAQ and the solution under FAQ #2 doesn't work. I also installed DVD Profiler version 2.4 and tried to import it through that - no go as well. Any other ideas? There is no way in hell I can re-enter over 2000 titles.

Try the following:

Tools->Options->Utilities->Repair Profile Database

And then download again.

If that does not help, create a new DB via File->Open Database->New Database

and then download into this new one.

PS: The online database is only a last resort option as backup source. It's not meant to be a backup storage and thus does not store your personal data or your individual covers. The proper way is to create a backup via the File menu.

Yes, it's not meant to be a backup but it does store your personal data
