| Posted: | | | | I havent been able to turn off or do anything with parental control on my iPhone. It keeps asking for a password and when I enter the password for my DVD profiler or any others commonly used it says wrong password. I don't remember setting up another password when I got the iPhone app. Please help. |

| Posted: | | | | I have this problem too. It's asking for a password under Settings-Control and Configure- Enable, I'm trying to turn off.
I'm a newb to the iOS version of the software. I'm completely stumped by this one.
Thanks in advance for any assistance you can give me. |

| Posted: | | | | No. Leaving it blank still yields an "incorrect password" error message. |

| Posted: | | | | I had the same Problem on my iPhone. I could resolve it as follows:
1. on desktop version Tool>> options>> parental control "change password" to empty fields, then still on desktop choose button "remove parental control" and check box "content rating" to "none"
2. then I changed to the iPhone app and could remove parental control without asking for password.
Now the control seems to be switched off.
However I am wondering, because on iPhone it says "Owned 118 total" but in the collection it shows and says only 117 entries.
Where is the one entry gone?? (Parental control should be switched off.)
Any idea?
Thank you. |

| Posted: | | | | Greetings,
I am running into the same problem on my iPhone. No password set, none the less it requires a password to switch feature off. I wanted to get rid of the parental restriction because I thought it might be causing my problems uploading the database onto windows version of software. Any other ideas how to get around this program error? Has anybody had this problem solved?
Thanks |
