| Posted: | | | | I can't use this anymore. It asks for a repair on start up and I twice get a 9217 error during this process and then reverts me to the radio box again. Tried to reinstall a new download of the program but it tells me it can't after going thru the process and tells me it needs evaluation.
I can't see anything but un install in Control Panel. I am using Windows 7 64-bit. I am having similar trouble with AVAST anti-virus which started at the same period of time a few days ago and won't update or let me install a new download. It even deleted three incoming e-mails as Virus-infected whereas I use someone else for my e-mail scanning who told me they were clean inputs.
Any clues? |

| Posted: | | | | I am by no means an expert, but it doesn't sound like a DVD Profiler issue, but more like a Windows issue. Perhaps a Windows update that went a bit wrong?
Try running system restore to an earlier date, and see if the problems persist. |

| Posted: | | | | Have you tried disabling the Avast anti-virus software, and then opening DVD Profiler to see if it still gives you the same problem? | | | Corey |
