| Posted: | | | | Wrote before but no response. I try to open but it started again to get me to run Repair but twice doing that I got the 9217 error. I tried to reinstall but now I get a continual message that I already have it running but I don't.
Where would I find the database I have already compiled and would I lose this if I deleted DVD Profiler and tried to reinstall? |

Then you uninstall dvdprofiler, remove everything remaining in Program Files/DVD Profiler and reinstall it. If you know how to use regedit, you can also clean your registry with all DVD profiler data. But it can be dangerous to work on the registry without knowing exactly what you do.
A new "My Documents/DVD Profiler" folder has been created by program reinstallation, without data. You delete it and rename "My Documents/DVD Profiler saved" as "My Documents/DVD Profiler".
Hope it will work... If the program starts, try a database repair if necessary. | | | Images from movies | | | Last edited: by surfeur51 |
