| Posted: | | | | I am evaluating multiple software options, so far DVD Profiler fits most of my needs. One area that I am still searching for is some sort of DVD rating that gets downloaded. Is this information tracked in the database? Something like Rotten Tomatoes or one of the other "standard" sites would be awesome as my mother-in-law tries to look through the movies we have.
Thanks! |

| Posted: | | | | Yeah... there is a a toolbar icon for both Rotten Tomatoes and Meta Critic.... see the image below. The red tomato with the 85 in it is for Rotten Tomatoes and the M in the circle is for Meta Critic. you may have to turn them on in your program to see them. just click the little down arrow that you see in the dark blue section all the way to the right of the image and check off the icons you want to show... or remove icons you don't see yourself using. | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | Thanks for the heads up. I am checking on how to put those icons onto my toolbar.
Is there a way to put that information on a report? I am printing out a catalog of the dvd's so my mother-in-law can easily see what we have and pick what she wants to watch.
I have grabbed a couple of plug-in reports, but haven't figured out how to modify them yet.

| Posted: | | | | I am afraid I don't know anything about reports... never used them. But maybe someone else here can tell you for sure. | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | Well...I an 90% sure that is how it used to be... but I just uploaded a review and it didn't change the star yellow. Seems like this isn't the case any longer. Maybe something changed it in one of the last updates? | | | Pete |

In the report-editor go to DVD and choose the star-icon on the right (External Review) Now you can switch "Review Type" in the left panel between "Average User", "Rottentomato" and "Metacritic" Quote: I have grabbed a couple of plug-in reports, but haven't figured out how to modify them yet. In the report-windows, just press "Edit Report" and play around. It's still the case - the change occurs after the nightly update is downloaded. | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative | | | Last edited: by Ken Cole |

I just downloaded last night's update... and the star still didn't turn yellow for the one I submitted a review for yesterday. | | | Pete |
