Mobile App - Print Report Not Working

I have this app downloaded to 2 iPhone’s and 2 iPad’s.  I can not print a report on all 4 devices. Every time it gives me the following error. "Unable to connect. Please ensure that DVD Profiler is running and that sharing is active. Retry the connection?"  Of course my sharing is active and my Wi-Fi is fine.  I really wanted to be able to print my collection.

For printing reports the following premises have to be fulfilled:
1) DVDProfiler for PC must be installed
2) It must be running
3) For the "Free" version your collection size must be < 50
4) Sharing must be enabled on DVDProfiler for PC
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?
