| | Posted: | | | | My Samsung galaxy note 3 had an update and it updated to android kit kat. Right after I tried to use my dvd profiler and every time I tried to access my library it crashed. So I cleared cache and it did thd same. So I uninstled dvd profiler and reinstalled it. Then it would let me click on my library which now had nothing in it but when I tried to update my database from my online storage no matter how I tried to do it once I hit login it crashed. So then I did a factory data reset on my phone thinking it would fix the problem and I reinstalled dvd profiler and it does the same thing crashes when I try to upload my library from my online storage. So then I sent I invelos a message and two weeks went by without a response. I sent them another message explaining like i did just now and finally got a response and there only advice about my problem was get on here and post on the fourm. Not advice on anything or wat to do or try. Im fed up with this app cause im lost on what to do I paid for a service and the service provider doesnt stand behind there product and support their customers. Hopefully they realize without their customers like all of us invelos would not survive! !! Any help would be greatly appreciated cause right now I feel like im at a dead end

| | Posted: | | | | It might not be a cloud but when I first downloaded dvd profiler it made me create an account for online storage and backup. But when I go to update my database. My dvd profiler crashes and when I message invelos they offer no help other then start a thread |

| | Posted: | | | | I uninstalled and reinstalled again along with another phone reset and reinstalled app.. sadly nothing seems to help and invelos wont give me any support. Im lost on what to do sense the creator of the app has left me hanging other then telling me to start this post. |
