I've been with DVD Profiler for years now. But a few weeks ago I was given a new computer with windows 8. I lost my Reg Key. I also switched from BT to PlusNet. I've sent emails to every department, I've not received one reply yet. I send the same statement every week, for the last 15 weeks. What can I do?. Yes I paid for the full package.

Is your old computer still accessable?

If "Yes" you can retrieve your Account data from it (Menu: Tools -> License Information)
If "No" things become a little bit more complicated:
1) If you still remember your old LogIn name simply try the "Forgot Password"-option at the LogIn screen and an e-mail will be sent to the account with which you registered.

2) If you don't remember your LogIn name:
a) Open a support ticket choosing "Registration Status" as topic.
b) It is vital to provide as much information as you can (Minimum Requirement: The e-mail address with which you registered).

Please understand that Invelos will not send registration recovery data to (for them) unknown e-mail addresses, because this would open the door for fraud-attempts.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

I don't have the old computer. I can't send a ticket as that say I have to be a paying member.
Any more suggestions?.

Are you saying that even if you used your original user name (what is it?), you cannot use the lost password protocol because you can no longer access the old email account?

If it was ID theft and your computer was stolen, maybe you can recover the cost of a new license from your insurance. Otherwise, why not just get a new license and move on?
Thanks for your support.

Can you be bothered to use the link I provided?
Even unregistered users can use the "Contact Us"-form (from the left panel choose "Registration Status")
