| Posted: | | | | So when transferring my photos and videos off my Samsung Galaxy S4 I accidentally said "yes" to deleting all photos on the phone, and therefore lost my thumbnails from my database.
I tried updating the collection, and switching from hi res to low res thumbnails and it looked like it was rebuilding the thumbnails, yet they still have not appeared.
What can I do to get my thumbnails back in my database?
Much appreciated. TGM |

| Posted: | | | | I've always did everything directly through the phone. I have never (to the best of my knowledge) sync'd my collection to my PC and therefore do not believe I have a "PC-database"? |

| Posted: | | | | that is correct, I do not have the PC version. Just bought the Android app version from the PlayStore and started adding my collection directly from my phone. |

The reason for this: If it got removed, that might explain why a new download would not refresh the pics. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
