| Posted: | | | | hi, im currently using my iphone and pc to sync my databases. i havent paid for my account and most likely wont till i get this sorted. when i upload on my phone, my database has 1140 titles and my online only 1013. when i go on the pc to download it tells me both online and the pc have 1157. i have adjusted the adult settings although i have none in my collection. can someone help me sort this discrepency out as i dont fancy having to search through my thousand odd dvds for the ones the database isnt uploading. i also get no error messages. thanks |

| Posted: | | | | It's most likely just a restriction of having a free account. I'm fairly certain there is still a cap on the amount of titles you can upload, etc. from a free account. You might try logging out and then logging back in on the website. Have you run a database repair? In the main program at the top, go to Tools/Options/Utilities and click on Repair Profile Database. Something might be corrupted, and that will often fix the problem. Also, in Your Online Collection settings, do you have "Adult Titles" checked in both places? In the above link, you might also try "Delete your collection now" and then re-uploading your collection to see if that corrects the problem. If all else fails, you can open a support ticket here: http://www.invelos.com/Support.aspx and list as much information about the problem as possible. | | | Corey |

| Posted: | | | | thanks for your help, i have accidentally resolved my problem by deleting my database that had more dvds on it thus creating several hours of work searching through dvds to find my missing ones - FML |
