I have DVD Profiler installed in my PC, where the main data base resides. I have version 3.8.2 build 1542.
In this database I have 1291 entries.

I have an 2 iPads and two iPhones that uses the same Apple ID account (me and wife).  One iPad and one iPhone sync correctly and have all 1291 entries.

The other two (one iPad and one iPhone) only sync 1105 entries. Same entries in both devices.

All of the devices have the latest version of DVD Profiler installed.

I have tried to identified a pattern or reason but nothing.

I even deleted the application from these devices (including the data) and re-installed the app and followed the instructions on the screen to sync the devices with my PC.  They go through all the steps but at the end they only sync 1105 entries instead of the 1291.

AM I missing something?  Any help will be appriciated...

I just noticed the same thing after updating my iPad and iPhone. It defaulted to the Showcase view of my collection where I noticed that I have 3209 discs but only 2816 entries.

I finally realized that multi-disk entries count as only one entry.  So for example a Star Trek: TNG boxed set  is entered with one  collection number for the set, and 6 collection numbers for the 6 discs in the set, but the 7 total collection numbers only count as one entry.

After selecting Collection view at the bottom of the screen, you can easily see the uncounted entries  by tapping the blue right arrow on the multi-disc entries.  This will reveal the collection numbers in the multi-disc sets that weren't counted as entries.

If you go to Settings and turn off "Nest Box Sets" you should see the full count.
