Hello,

As an early user, I started using DVD Profiler several years ago, but I did not keep up with it, for personal reasons, and thus I lost my credentials, and I am now unable to recover it, since the email I used belonged to my now defunct ISP.

I would like to catch up on my collection, and pay for the full version of the software now, but for that I really would like help in recovering my old account.

I can help by giving several "possible" usernames that I used, the discarded email that was used upon registration back in the days, and some DVDs that are in my collection that I suppose not many people have (some rarities).

Can anyone help me out? I really do not want to start all over, and I sent several messages through the contact for, to no avail.

Thank you in advance.

Sadly your problem is none of those the community could solve.

The co-operation of Invelos is required.
Please allow them some time (up to 1 week) for answering your request.
Since you only registered your "new" account today I would consider it a bit early to state that your messages were not answered.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

Thanks for your reply.

My messages were sent several months ago, not today. My Invelos registration was made today so I could post here.

But this is not a problem anymore. I found the legacy intervocative page and after some extensive trial and error, I finally managed to login and recover my collection.

So I retrieved it from the old dvdprofiler, imported it in the new one, and registered.

My intervoctive account says:

Time to catch up with almost 10 years of movies

Well I am facing a similar trouble ( Glad you shared it). I have partially lost the credential of my account. I am using the word 'partial' because I still remember the password. I am just clueless about the email

Do you still remember your old LogIn name?
When did you last use it, pre-2007 (Intervocative, DVDProfiler version 2.x) or later (Invelos, DVDProfiler version > 3.x)?
