First visit to the forums and first few days of playing with the software, liking it so far.
I have a question that I couldn't find an answer to on the forums.
I have my DVD's and Blue rays stored in a number of Cubes against the wall an each cube is numbered. Is there a way I can allocate a cube to a title so I can easily identify where to look up.
I did notice a Location option in the profile (under personal information), is this the correct area and if so is there a way to bulk update a number of titles to a location ?
Appreciate any guidance
Regards

Quote: I did notice a Location option in the profile (under personal information), is this the correct area Location and Slot, yes those are exactly what you need. Location is letters&numbers, Slot is numbers. So e.g. you could write "Box 1" in Location and "15" in Slot for the fifteenth disc in the box. Life pro Tip: Make a Backup of your database before you use Bulk Edit, with great functionality comes great screw up potential! | | | Mithi's little XSLT tinkering - the power of XML --- DVD-Profiler Mini-Wiki | | | Last edited: by Mithi |
