No posts from Ken in months. No replies from Invelo's. What's going on?

He's gone again. His last post was September 16th - two months ago. My support requests are sitting in queue, and the iOS version has some nagging issues. I hope he is alright. Maybe he simply went away on vacation and nothing serious.

Last Forum post was on September 16, 2017.

What I find even more odd is that his last upload to his Online Collection was on January 6, 2017.

The last activity by Invelos was an update for the iOS version in January.
Seven months. A pretty normal stretch of time when it comes to Invelos' standards.
Think different

Everything will be okay in the end. If it's not okay, it's not the end.

Our support requests are being ignored. Are there any mods around who can assist?

Is anyone else not seeing any posts by Ken Cole at the following link?
Or could it be a glitch?

Possibly he hasn't posted in so long and it only shows recent posts?

One thing I know is true: somebody who cares about this web site is doing something.

- The ISP who hosts the web site is being paid
- Aspects of the contributions system are still working
- Threads are being pinned
- Spam threads are being pruned
- other stuff I don't notice

If something is NOT being done, it is because it can't, for whatever reason - legal, health, whatever.

To think otherwise is naive. To complain is futile. To be curious is human.

But we all know that someday we will wake up to the answer. Let's all hope it is one we can celebrate.

Mediadogg, our particular thread is NOT being pinned and set for unlimited editing when others threads have; which is why I am complaining here! I’ve sent a service request, PM’ed Ken, e-mailed Ken and Tweeted the site. What does it take?

Sorry, didn't realize that. The thread I was talking about was one that has traditionally been pinned (and I see, so is the one you are talking about), so perhaps it caught somebody's attention that happens to care about that specific thread. Not sure what else I could conjecture about it ...

I see what is going on: this one is pinned.

The thread you want pinned seems to overlap? I might not be thinking clearly, but at least it is something you could investigate ...

The pinned one is a Watch thread and the one I want pinned is a Purchase thread. Does anybody know who any of the mods here are to get this sorted out? Sorry to take this Ken thread off topic a bit.
