| Posted: | | | | I tried to submit a new contribution for the British seventies comedy Au Pair Girls. I got this: Quote: The contributed profile is an adult entry or displays nudity, but was not marked as such. Please set a genre as Adult or the rating as Adult. It's no more adult that most other seventies erotic comedies, like Confessions of a Window Cleaner, so I most certainly am not going to label it Adult genre, and the rating is 18 so I'm not going to change that. There is a small b&w photo of Gabrielle Drake topless on the back cover, but give me a break! I guess this one stays local ... | | | My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users. Gunnar |

| Posted: | | | | If there is nudity of any kind on the cover it must be marked as adult to keep the site which is oif course based in America family friendly by those standards. There was a big discussion from when this was done. Will have to see if I can find it. | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | Quoting Ken Cole: Quote: We've instructed the evaluators to require either an adult genre or an adult rating be assigned if the cover has nudity. We do this so the online system can decide when it's ok to show a cover. As always, the local settings are completely up to the user.
We realize that the standards of images which are acceptable to display vary from place to place and we can't possibly come up with any single standard that would fit all of them (or likely any two).
Let's be honest here - Invelos is hardly censoring DVDs, and we're not out to impose any particular morality on anyone. Want proof? Browse the (literally) tens of thousands of explicit adult DVDs and Blu-rays in our database.
So, it's quite simple - nudity on the front or back? Check 'adult' genre or rating. | | | Pete |

What kid has not seen a breast? Oh, it's useless. As I said, I'll keep that profile local. It will be pigs flying on a cold day in hell before I tag an innocent comedy as Adult. | | | My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users. Gunnar |

Just contribute the profile without contributing the cover image. Then you don't have to worry about tagging genre as adult. | | | If more of us valued food and cheer and song above hoarded gold, it would be a merrier world. -- Thorin Oakenshield |
