| Posted: | | | | I have each day the same problem: program didn't shut down properly and repair utility needs to be started. This always happens when starting the program each time after booting or starting up the PC. The program thinks it didn't shut down properly. I'm really annoyed to spend time running the repair utility each time, but when I don't do this, after a couples of time, it would give me a data load error.
Any ideas to solve this?
Thanks! |

Unfortunately Profiler does not close cleanly on Windows shutdown, and that will cause the repair prompt. | | | My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users. Gunnar | | | Last edited: by GSyren |

| Posted: | | | | I always close DVDProfiler with the X, but it seems that even by doing that, when shutting down the PC, the PC shows the blue screen, with the mention of programs still running, it still seems that DVDProfiler is "active". Either way you can then choose to wait until the program is finished or do shut down the PC. Maybe that's when it gives the problem. I will try all the suggestions given here this weekend.
Thanks all! |

Thanks all! I usually close out of it the same way, clicking the X. Have you tried to close out by clicking File > Exit DVD Profiler? Maybe that way will work better for you? | | | My phpDVDprofiler collection |
